How to choose underwater RGB lights

Many people are looking for LED underwater RGB lights, but can’t find what they need, why is this? Mainly because in the lighting industry, the names of underwater RGB are not uniform. We have to determine where you need to install, is it underwater, under the ground, or a fountain?
