一、Underwater color light protection indicator
Submarine color light protection indicators include dustproof and waterproof, IEC standard: international general protection symbol symbols are as follows:
1. Dust level
National standard: the light dust level has 6 levels. The highest grade is 6, and the underwater color lighting dust grade should reach 6, marked as :IP6X.
2, waterproof grade
National standard: light waterproof grade 8. The sixth layer is splash type, the seventh layer is watertight, and the eighth layer is pressurized watertight. Grade 8 is the highest, the underwater light waterproof grade should be 8, and marked with the symbol IPX8.
According to the above two requirements, the waterproof grade of underwater colored lights is 6, and the waterproof grade is 8. The symbol is IP68.
二、It is the impact safety index
GB lamp shock resistance index is divided into four categories :O class, I class, II class, III class. At the same time, the national standard clearly stipulates swimming pools
For underwater lighting in fountains, leisure pools and other similar places, lamps and lanterns should reach the lightning protection level 3. The operating voltage of the inner and outer lines shall not exceed 12V.
三、Rated voltage
The rated voltage of the lamp is the electrical parameters of the lamp directly determine the lamp environment - the actual operating voltage must be consistent with the rated voltage. Otherwise, the illumINANT CAN burn out BECAUSE THE VOLTAGE IS TOO HIGH, OR BECAUSE THE VOLTAGE IS too low and CANNOT achieve illumination effect.
四、underwater lighting selection
According to the actual use requirements of the project, the following aspects should be considered to select a reasonable water lamp:
1. Safety function
In landscape places, the choice of underwater lighting for personal safety must be the first element. Must comply with the national standard requirements, where people can access the use of underwater lights below the safe voltage of 12V.
2, lighting function
Illumination mainly refers to the luminosity and brightness of the light source. It can choose underwater light source with different power according to irradiation height and irradiation area.
3. Appearance and shell material
Although the lights are used underwater, they are less obvious. But the appearance is related to the proportion of the lamp material. If the proportion is too small, there is a large buoyancy, easy to loosen the fixing screws of the underwater lamp, on the contrary, the lamp stand will be difficult to support. At the same time, because of the long-term use in water, the shell material should have a certain anti-corrosion function, the surface paint should be firm.
4, economic
Underwater light economy is the sum of one-time investment and operating costs. Generally, better quality means higher prices, which means longer service life and lower operating costs. On the contrary, poor quality often leads to blindness due to water leakage and electricity leakage, which not only increases the operating cost, but also affects the acceptance of the whole project.
