The installation precautions of LED fountain lights mainly include the following four aspects:
1. Configure a suitable transformer according to the total power of the LED fountain light
Generally speaking, the utilization rate of the transformer is 75%, that is, a 100W transformer drives no more than 75W lamps. Pay attention to the incoming and outgoing wires of the transformer.
2. The distance between the transformer and the lamp
Due to the resistance of the wire itself, a part of the voltage will be distributed, causing the voltage of the remote control underwater light to be lower than 12V. Therefore, the distance between the underwater lamp and the outlet of the transformer should not be too far. If the distance is too far, the number of transformers can be increased.
3. Do a good job of waterproofing
Do a good job of waterproofing the connection between the power supply and the transformer, and the transformer and the fountain light - use a waterproof junction box and sealant. As for other wiring, the main thing is that the wiring connector must be waterproof.
The high-voltage (220V) part in the substation cabinet is safer on the ground, and the low-voltage part can be placed in water.
4. Whether it is a surface installation (waterscape fountain light) or a concealed installation (embedded fountain light), a cable of 0.6-1 meters must be reserved to avoid problems with the lamps in the future, and the entire pool needs to be drained. In this way, even if the fountain light of the light is not on, the light can be dragged to the shore and removed, and returned to the factory for maintenance.
