LED underground light is a special kind of landscape lamp which installs the light source underground. Nowadays, it can be seen everywhere in urban lighting projects, and it is mostly used as guide lights on both sides of roads in parks or as indicator lights in parking lots. The installation characteristics of LED buried lamps are different from those of LED wall washing lamps, LED projection lamps, LED point light sources, etc., which make it necessary to pay more attention to the preparations for the installation of LED inground lamps.
The LED underground lamp body is made of high-purity aluminum alloy material, and its surface is treated by static LED buried lamp electro-spraying, which is cured at constant temperature and has strong adhesion. Generally, it has good waterproof and dustproof properties. Before the installation work, preparation should be made from the following aspects:
1.Before the LED buried light is installed, the power supply must be cut off. This is the first step of all electrical equipment installation and the basis of safe operation.
2. Before installing the LED deck lamp, we should first sort out all kinds of parts for the lamps. LED buried lamp is a special landscape LED lamp buried underground. Once it is installed, it is very troublesome to re-install it if there are few parts. So it should be prepared before installation.
3. Before the LED ground lamp is installed, a hole should be dug according to the shape and size of the embedded parts, and then the embedded parts should be fixed with concrete. The embed parts play a role in isolate that main body of the LED buried lamp from the soil, and can ensure the service life of the LED buried lamp. In addition, before the LED buried lamp is installed, an IP67 or IP68 wiring device should be provided, which is used to connect the external power input with the power cord of the lamp body. Moreover, the power cord of the LED buried lamp requires the waterproof power cord certified by VDE to ensure the service life of the LED underground light.
