1.The device height of lamps and lanterns should be appropriate. LED underwater lights are usually installed about 50-100mm below the water surface. Too deep will affect the light efficiency, while too shallow will affect the service life due to the violent blow of the landing water body.
2. Lamps are evenly distributed. LED underwater lights are set for a certain purpose, and the orientation and color of the lights are determined by the height of the destination. When the light is strong, in the absence of special requirements, several similar lamps can be selected, and several high-power underwater lamps are not needed.
3. The cable of lamps and lanterns should have satisfactory load allowance. The cross-sectional area of the conductor of the cable is the condition for the current to pass through. If the area is too small, the consumption of current in the wire will increase, and the luminous power will drop greatly. If the area is too large, the cost will be added, and the wire cross section of ordinary 12V 100W LED underwater lamp should be no less than 2. The 5mm, 12V 300W LED underwater lamp shall be not less than 6mm. Lamps and lanterns are not allowed to be directly adjacent to cable ends in water.
4. The orientation of the transformer should be fair. The orientation of the transformer is directly related to the cable length of the LED underwater lamp and the brightness of the lamp. Even if it is close to the pond, the cable length will be shortened and the voltage consumption will be reduced. The transformer should be installed in the rain-proof electrical appliance box, or under the leisure chair, or in the latent place where the sketch is constructed.
5. The output voltage of transformer should be appropriate. For LED underwater lamps, it is necessary to supply 12V input voltage, which depends on the transformer. If the transformer outputs 12V voltage, but the voltage in the lamp will be lower than 12V due to wire consumption, the luminance will drop significantly. Therefore, according to the length of the wire, considering its consumption and accurately supplying the output voltage of the transformer, the lamps and lanterns will have 12V input voltage. In addition, the cable length of LED underwater lamps on the unified transformer should be the same, so that the brightness connection between lamps is symmetrical.
6. The input voltage should be firm. In fact, the input voltage also directly affects the life and luminous function of lamps. The test shows that when the input voltage is 5% higher than the external voltage, the life will shrink by 50% of the depicted value. When it is 10% higher, as long as the life span reaches 30% of the depicted value, the brightness will increase, but the luminous power will only increase by 20%. On the contrary, if the input voltage is 5% lower, the lifetime will be doubled, while the luminous power will only be lost by 15%. Therefore, some engineering companies, after weighing the gains and losses, prefer to use depressurization.
7. The total load of lighting power supply should be balanced against three phases. The selected transformers are all single-phase 220V input voltage, so when the transformers are connected to the power supply, the power of several transformers should be evenly distributed on the three phases, so as to prevent the electrical malpractice caused by the imbalance of the three phases.
