Fountain-specific solenoid valve is an automatic basic component used to control the fountain fluid, which belongs to the actuator; it is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Solenoid valves are used to control the direction of hydraulic flow. The mechanical devices in the factory are generally controlled by hydraulic steel, so solenoid valves are used.
The working principle of the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve has a closed cavity, and there are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to a different oil pipe. When the valve body is energized, it will be attracted to which side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, it blocks or leaks different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, and the hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, and then pass through The pressure of the oil pushes the piston of the oil, the piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet. Throughout the domestic and foreign solenoid valves, so far, they can be divided into three categories in terms of action mode: direct-acting, recoil, and pilot, and the difference in valve structure and material as well as the difference in principle. The flush type can be divided into: diaphragm type recoil solenoid valve, piston type recoil solenoid valve; pilot type can be divided into: pilot type diaphragm solenoid valve, pilot type piston solenoid valve; from the valve seat and sealing material It can be divided into: soft sealing solenoid valve, rigid sealing solenoid valve, semi-rigid sealing solenoid valve.
1. When installing the solenoid valve, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install in places where there is direct dripping or splashing. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards.
2. The solenoid valve should be guaranteed to work normally within the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage of 15%-10% of the rated voltage.
3. After the solenoid valve is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. And it needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be officially put into use.
4. The pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned before installing the solenoid valve. The incoming medium should be free of impurities. Install filter before valve.
5. When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device should be installed in order to ensure the continuous operation of the system.
