The working principle of solenoid valve
The solenoid valve has an airtight cavity with through holes at different positions. Each hole is connected to a different water pipe. In the middle of the cavity is a piston. There are two electromagnets on both sides. By controlling the movement of the valve body to open or close the different drain holes, which side of the magnet connected to the valve body is pulled, and the water hole is always open, the water flow will enter the different drain pipes and then pass through The hydraulic pressure pushes the piston cylinder to make the piston move the piston rod in turn to drive the piston rod mechanism. Therefore, by controlling the electric current of the electromagnet, the mechanical movement can be controlled.

Main features of solenoid valve
Internal and external leakage are factors that endanger safety. Usually, other automatic control valves control the rotation or movement of the spool through electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators.
This is to solve the long-term leakage problem of the valve stem dynamic seal; only the solenoid valve is acted on by the electromagnetic force on the seal on the magnetic sleeve iron core of the electric control valve. There is no dynamic seal, so the external leakage is easily blocked. The torque control of the electric valve is not easy, it is easy to produce internal leakage, and even the head of the valve stem will be pulled off; the structure of the solenoid valve is easy to control the internal leakage until it is reduced to zero. Therefore, the solenoid valve is particularly safe to use, and is especially suitable for fountain equipment.
Matters needing attention when installing solenoid valves
1. When installing the arrow on the valve body, pay attention to the same direction as the flow of the medium, and install it vertically upwards;
2. The solenoid valve should ensure that the power supply voltage is within the fluctuation range of 15%-10% of the rated voltage to work normally;
3. When installing the solenoid valve, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. And it needs to be energized several times to make it suitable temperature before it can be put into use;
4. The pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned before installation of the solenoid valve. The medium should be free of impurities. When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, in order to ensure the continuous operation of the system, a bypass device should be installed.
